China is experiencing a significant boom in inbound tourism, driven in part by its expanded visa-free entry program. According to data from Chinese travel platform Ctrip, the number of foreign tourists in the first four months of the year increased by over 240 percent compared to the same period last year, with most visitors coming from South Korea and the U.S. Tour operators in popular scenic cities like Guilin have reported a noticeable rise in travelers.
