In northwest China's Qingyang City, the apple harvest season is marked by the introduction of cutting-edge digital technology to streamline post-harvest processes. With over 88,000 hectares of apples expected to be harvested, new apple varieties are raising purchasing prices and boosting farmers' incomes. The city has implemented intelligent sorting lines equipped with 360-degree imaging systems, allowing each apple to be graded into one of 18 categories.
