Residents of Kaga Bandoro in the Central African Republic are returning to their homes years after fleeing attacks by Seleka rebels. To support and facilitate the return of displaced people, UNHCR has set up an agricultural project using sustainable seeds. Despite pockets of violence reported in some villages, the humanitarian agency is optimistic about the improved security situation.
