In an effort to combat the ongoing medicine shortage, Egypt has approved more than $140 million in subsidized loans aimed at bolstering the pharmaceutical industry. Maledr Mohamed El Bahi, a member of the Pharma Division at the Egypt Industrial Union, expressed optimism that these loans will help stabilize supply chains.
