China's Textile City in the eastern city of Shaoxing has been bustling with activity since the Spring Festival holiday ended. The thriving textile hub, where around 25 percent of the world's fabric is traded annually, has gotten off to a good start with transaction volumes from Feb 17 to the 27 topping nearly 420 million U.S. dollars.
